As the pool of qualified candidates seems to shrink and the demand for those candidates grows, how do you, your colleagues, or your Human Resources department continue to hire new talent?
Do you rely primarily on job boards and applicants coming to you? Do you and your team actively recruit and create relationships with the community around you? Do you have a system set to collect referrals from current employees?
In only one year I am finding a significant change in direction from simply staffing positions to a much more involved recruiting for talent... what are your experiences? - Kiralynn2 |
